For one-time support, we offer an hourly rate to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. However, we offer service contracts for recurring support. Our service contracts come with a monthly fee but unlimited support hours. This provides a safety net if the amount of technical support you need varies drastically each month.

Our support covers both hardware and software support.

Helpdesk

Our  Helpdesk provides support besides traditional calling. You can open a support ticket and recieve a promp response from one of our representatives.
