Three decades of building what actually works
Falcon Development was founded by Jason Austin, who began his career in computer-aided design — placing 10th in the world at the VICA CAD competition while still in high school. An early venture into construction exposed the limits of working in someone else's domain, and Jason recognized where his real strength was: not one trade, but the ability to adapt technology to whatever a business actually needed.
That insight became Falcon Development. Today the company still runs on the same principle — listen first, then build a solution tailored to the need in front of us, without the layers of bureaucracy that slow larger firms down. Every system we deploy ships with a 3-year warranty and direct access to the people who installed it.

Giving back to the next generation
Jason Austin started Falcon Development as a teenager who was given a chance — and the company hasn't forgotten it. We've donated recycled computers to local teens, partnered with the WCCIA of White City, Oregon to help fund children's shoes, library programs, and educational scholarships, and we extend free services on a needs basis to customers going through hard times.
